Refund and Cancellation policies

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Coaching Services

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to fully participate in the coaching process, including necessary work outside of coaching sessions to reap the full benefits of coaching, and to see the process through to the conclusion of the selected package. We know life happens and unexpected events can arise. In addition to the general guidelines below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis, at the discretion of The Forward Motion. We ask that clients be fully dedicated to the process, as we will be fully dedicated to you.

Guidelines applying to coaching refunds and cancellations:

  • Any refunds approved by the Forward Motion will be issued minus a 6% transaction fee.

  • Clients may reschedule sessions free of charge with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Rescheduled sessions must be scheduled within a week of the initial appointment or they will be forfeit. 

  • Missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours' advance notice will be forfeit. 

  • Sessions joined 15 minutes late by clients will be considered missed sessions. 

  • Coaching sessions or packages may be refunded within 24 hours of purchasing, minus a 6% transaction fee. If the first session has already been scheduled and is within 24 hours, that session will be charged at a rate of $150 per session and deducted from refund amount. 

  • Refunds will not be provided on coaching sessions or packages after 24 hours of purchasing, except in extreme cases. 

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to info@theforwardmotion.com.

Policies and Conditions for Consulting Services

Terms and Conditions for Consulting Services may vary and will be set in the Consulting Agreement prior to engagement. A complete list of terms as well as instruction on remedying disputes may be fount in the Consulting Agreement.
